XBOX Subscription Service

In the wake of this year’s Project Scorpio release, Xbox has announced a new initiative to expand user’s library of games. Xbox Game Pass will offer unlimited, non-streaming, access to over 100 games for $9.99 a month. Many exclusive games and backwards compatible titles will be available for full download. Xbox will also launch a Steam style service that will allow users to download titles straight to their console.

Xbox will pilot the Pass to a select group of users in the spring.

Best Xbox news I’ve heard so far! But only for selected users? I hope I’ll be one of the lucky ones!

I am not into X box. If I get to be selected then its okay. Who would not want to play games? I know I would.

That’s a great offer. With Steam getting so mainstream it only makes sense that X-Box make a list of games more affordable. It’s kind of like Netflix for gamers.

More games, more fun. It’s definitely a win-win for all Xbox gamers!

I wonder why they have to test it out with a select group of users, though. Just spread the love, Microsoft.. Geez!

Okay, 100+ games for 10$? What a great offer! I just hope most of these games would be worth playing.

Ten bucks a month? That sounds reasonable if I have time to play everyday. The backward compatibility is something that I appreciate though.
